• Traffic impact analysis and measure effectiveness evaluation
• Cost-effectiveness calculations and budget optimization
• Project collaboration and stakeholder management tools
• Data export and reporting capabilities

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate analysis and calculations, you acknowledge that our platform's recommendations and analyses are tools to assist decision-making. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all platform-generated content and analyses before making project decisions or policy implementations.

Service Plans

• Our Services may be offered under various plans with different features and usage limits
• Subscription fees, if applicable, are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your service agreement

Payment Terms

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services
• Price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice

Our Rights

MotionMatrix Analytics retains all right, title, and interest in and to our Services, technology, and intellectual property, including:

• The SeamlessFlow platform and underlying technology
• Analysis algorithms, methodologies, and proprietary software
• Trademarks, service marks, and brand elements
• Documentation, content, and user interfaces
• Aggregated and anonymized data insights derived from platform usage

Your Content

You retain ownership of your project data, geospatial information, and uploaded content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our traffic analysis and collaboration services. We will not share your specific project data with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Professional Responsibility

SeamlessFlow is a tool to assist in traffic analysis and project management. All final decisions regarding infrastructure projects, traffic measures, and policy implementations remain the professional responsibility of qualified personnel within your organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionMatrix Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or project delays arising from your use of our Services.

Data Portability

You may export your project data at any time through our platform's export features.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will cease
• You will have 30 days to export your data before account deletion
• We may delete your account and associated data after the export period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
